  • Stopped by here as passing through the area. My partner came in for a coffee but I declined as I’m a coffee snob and generally prefer to drink in places I know serve eg single origin filter coffees. Even then I’m a snob. I know that sounds absolutely obnoxious, I don’t mean in to, but I just prefer to drink at home so I can ensure I get a superb coffee. Anyway Anna found out they served single origin V60 so I came in and tried it. Not only was it really well made (neither over extracted nor under extracted) but the beans they used were actually excellent. Someone in there knows what they are doing with coffee. If I lived here I’d probably spend far too much time and money in here!

  • Lovely staff. Cute and cosy atmosphere. Great coffee. The cherry and chocolate cake was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had - you must try it!

  • Highly recommend this delightful café! The coffee is made just perfect - flat whites done right! They've got a gorgeous selection of pastries and cakes - I recommend the carrot cake but I suspect you can't go wrong with your choice. There are sandwiches and other nibbles too. Very friendly baristas, great ambiance, and outdoor seating space for the nicer weathered days.

  • The coffee shop is fine, a little smug but overall worth it. The evening pizza, oh wow! It’s chaos. However, embrace the chaos, have a pint in the pub next door and settle in. Pizza is utterly superb. Worth any wait or madness.

  • Fantastic local coffee shop. The food + coffee is always excellent, and the staff are lovely. Their Triple Cheese Kimchi toasted sandwich is probably my all time favourite sandwich. Estate Office Coffee has a real sense of community as well, and brings so much to the area. Thanks Estate Office Coffee!!

  • My favorite little local coffee shop. The coffee is consistently excellent, and their fresh pastry selection has a few common standards with a good variety of changes from day to day. The standout for me is the atmosphere, though. Whether I’m dipping in to grab a drink ahead of my train or staying to work at a table for hours I always feel welcome there. Each member of staff is uniquely lovely and our chitchat while I wait is always fun.

  • A little gem in Streatham neighborhood that's definitely worth a visit, especially if you have dogs with you! Though I'm no longer a local I'm all too happy to make a detour for a visit and a chat with familiar faces. Quality coffee, generous selection of treats (including yummy vegan and GF options - I highly recommend the nutty vegan banana bread, which can be toasted on request), and a darling atmosphere! As I'm vegan I can't comment on the savoury food (hence the four-stars), but friends have always raved about their generous sourdough toasties. Also, delighted by some of the changes made over the past year - there are so many charming little details to spot but you'll get no spoilers from me!
